Ordering and minimums

Is there a minimum order quantity?+

It depends on the print method. Digital printing has no minimum, so you can order a single shirt. Screen printing usually starts around 20 units because of the screen setup, and the unit price drops quickly as quantity grows.

Can I order more than t-shirts?+

Yes. The store brings tees, polos, hoodies, caps, mugs and promotional products together in one place, all printed to match so your brand looks consistent across everything.

Do you offer custom manufacturing?+

Yes. For fully custom cut and sew garments with your own neck label, the minimum is 400 units with around an 8 week production time from approval.

Print methods and quality

Which print method gives the best result?+

Each has its place. Digital printing handles full colour and photographic artwork and suits parties, promotions and events. Screen printing gives a professional, hard wearing finish for merchandise and large runs.

Which method is most cost effective?+

For small runs under about 25 units, digital printing is usually cheapest. Past roughly 50 units, screen printing often becomes more cost effective, depending on the number of colours.

Which print method is most durable?+

All our methods produce durable, long lasting prints. Durability comes down to the skill of the printer, and we only use premium inks for the best result.

What inks do you use?+

Digital printing uses water based inks that are soft and breathable. Screen printing uses both water based and plastisol inks, depending on the finish you want.

Can the print size change across shirt sizes?+

With digital printing yes, the print can be scaled smaller on kids tees and larger on adults. Screen printing uses a fixed print width, so a very wide size range may need more than one screen.

Artwork, delivery and payment

What artwork do you need?+

A high resolution file at 300dpi is ideal. We accept Illustrator, EPS, PDF, PSD, PNG and JPG. Not sure what you have? Send it over and we will check it for you.

How fast can you turn my order around?+

Stock orders are typically delivered in 3 to 4 business days. Larger custom and screen printed runs vary with quantity, and we confirm a firm date with your quote. Rush jobs are often possible.

Do you ship Australia wide?+

Yes. We are based in Sydney and ship right across Australia to your nominated address.

How can I pay?+

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and secure card payments through Stripe, as well as cash on delivery for eligible orders.
